BMW M3 SEIZED SEIZED & DRIVER ARRESTED

OP SAFER STREET PATROLS noticed a BMW M3 Revving its engine and being driven in a manner which raised concerns in an area where there were large numbers of pedestrians.

Officers approached the vehicle to warn the driver. The driver failed to stop and driven off not knowing its stand still traffic in the City Centre on a Saturday night therefore only managed to get away by approx. 15 meters. 

Driver arrested for Fail to Stop, the driver also blew a reading over the prescribed alcohol limit so further arrested. 

BMW M3 was seized for driving in a anti social manner and driver had a night stay in custody.
